Its good, but there are some flaws, like a captain earning a gift from a Lord Castellan, and that guardsmen only make headshots against zombies but cant do squat versus traitor guard.

Zombies are easy to shoot cause they just stumble towards you. An intelligent man with a gun will not.

I thought about picking it up today, but the bookstore didn't have it. >:(

I hope it at least has more to it than wild zombie-shooting, aka: a story

The opening chapter on the Black Library website was pretty good. I'm waiting for it to show at the FLGS.

Double Eagle is AWESOME. Cadian blood is about zombies and guard fighting zombies.

I sort of got that. But still, to make something awsome, zombies is one way to do that...

God, Megan Fox's thumbs creep me right the hell out, they look like little toes... Anyway, I picked it up myself, so far I'm fairly entertained, it's not the best I've ever read but I do love zombies...

I was disappointed with the spoiler at page 199.

First time I have ever read (twice) a book where they gave away the ending at the middle of a book.

I was also disappointed with the ruinous powers that be at the end. How could the herald just shrug his shoulders and just leave like that?? Really didn't live up to his reputation at all.

Other than that the author made great use of descriptives and you could be drawn into the scene easily. I really did enjoy the read (twice) despite the two flaws I had with it.

Surely you meant with megan fox? That film sucked nearly as bad as her acting. Thank goodness they spent most of their budget on tight jeans and lip gloss.
